It took me hours, cardboard and a kitchen knife (don't have a boxcutter) but the mask is 99% done! (Still need the head-tie-part) 

I've got the slippers and coat. I just need to wait for the [deep breath] shorts-shirt-beanie-tights-and-gloves. I've also ordered an Undyne wig for my friend. 

Method (if anyone wants to know): 

- print a Sans face on A4 paper (big enough for your head) 
- start cutting it out before realizing you need to stick it down stick it onto cardboard
- cut out the head with sharp scissors / whatever sharp utensil you can safely use (you can leave a border if you want, I did) 
- use a knife / boxcutter CAREFULLY to cut out the eyes (ask your parents for help, kids!) - I cut out the full socket (including the pupils) 
- use see-through black material and stick tautly behind the sockets, to see through (I used double sided tape to stick it down, then normal clear tape for the edges) 
- get angry because the material isn't taut enough 
- cut out the white pupils using the sharp utensil from before (if you're confident with the placement, just stick them on. Or do what I did and put the sockets back in to see exactly where to stick the pupils) 
- use double sided tape to stick 'em down on the material sockets 

Optional - color in all the visible brown cardboard edges with a black pen and accidentally touch the skull with it, so that you have to go over the mistakes in white
